About us

A Chicagoland commercial painting contractor, founded in 2000 by twin brothers Mike and Scott Miller.

Our story

Capital Painting & Decorating, Inc. started with two brothers who paired hands-on painting experience with a background in entrepreneurship and small business management.

What began in the Chicagoland suburbs has grown into a commercial, industrial and institutional contractor serving southern Wisconsin, Illinois, the Quad Cities, Indianapolis and the St. Louis area. Scott Miller leads the company as president.

The approach hasn't changed: our own trained crews, the right coatings for every surface, and clear, fair pricing.
